Necessity is the mother of invention. So I built what others hadn't; a reliable, portable, fully adjustable timer for sparring, interval training and just about anything else.
The ProSpar Timer started as wishful thinking on the part of Coach Mike Sweeney at Martial Arts Planet, and so I tried my best to make it happen. Very special thanks go out to Coach Sweeney; without his words of "encouragement" I might never have finished the timer.
I'm working on future versions of the timer, like including a rechargeable battery to make the unit more portable.
